Refined Faces by Ruth ("Refined Faces," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects when you use it, how that information is used, and who it's shared with. It applies to refinedfaces.co only.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:

• Contact form (Contact page) — first name, last name, email, phone number, service of interest, event date, and your message.
• Bridal inquiry form (Bridal page) — this form is provided and hosted by HoneyBook, a third-party booking platform. Anything you enter there is submitted directly to HoneyBook and governed by HoneyBook's own privacy policy, not this one.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect any information automatically just from you browsing the pages.

How we use it

Information submitted through the Contact form is sent directly to Ruth's business email and used only to respond to your inquiry, discuss booking your service, and follow up about your event. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services on this site

A few outside services help run this website. Each has its own privacy practices, linked below:

• Netlify — hosts this site and processes Contact form submissions. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• HoneyBook — powers the Bridal inquiry form. See HoneyBook's privacy policy.
• Vimeo — hosts the video on the home page. Loading that video may involve Vimeo setting its own cookies. See Vimeo's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — this site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google to fetch them. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep Contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book, to deliver your service — after that, we delete them when no longer needed for those purposes.
